I know the photos a bit blurry, but can someone please go to Joe’s Shanghai and order #43, the “Lion’s Head (meat ball)” in the pork section of the menu. I have no idea what it is. Is it lion? lion’s head? pork? All I do know is it’s the second most expensive item on the menu right behind the Shark’s Fin Soup (and that’s not a lie, it really is sharks fin, so maybe this is really lion’s head? is that even legal? do they have a deal with ringling bros?)
